metal, glass, stones insects and animal residues) that causes damage to health.

Flavour/ Taste:    aromatic flavour and taste characteristic of orange peel.

Moisture:             min. 5.00 % w/w - max. 12.00 % w/w

Pesticides:            very low quantities. Specify what pesticides are used for preservation.

Further more peels must not be treated with sulphurdioxide or sulphite.
