Prefabricated high quality and low cost sustainable houses made in wood for skilled as unskilled people. Delivered as standard products from 25 to some hundred square meter. The highly specialized construction is also suitable as COB-house with clay cover - or as a high technological product included all technical appliances for water, sanitary, electricity and room heating. Houses/building kits are delivered as CIF to any safe harbors in 20 or 40 feet containers. Delivery time from three to several months depending on amount of units. Main features

Our concept sets up for advantages in a very quick and easy assembling and raising of the building and its finish. On a concrete or timber basic it takes one day to raise and seal the construction which is made of quality plywood and 3x4 to 3x6" timber in pinewood.

All sections are premade and ready to assemble with bolts and nuts and the sealing of the edges with asphalt paper or rubber. The climate shelter and finish out - and inside are also precut plates / sections ready for mounting.

Floor, partition walls and windows and doors are offered as the house by this becomes ready for kitchen, bathroom, furniture, lamps and other installations done by the dome owner.

Our products are certified and of high quality and precision made materials fulfilling  international building rules and standards.  Transport is easy in container  and no crane is needed to erect buildings until the 50 sq.ft. domes.

As domes are geometrical structures optimized on loads and climate conditions - with a minimum use of materials -  advantages are reached in a sustainable, energy efficient and  spatial building on a very suitable cost level.

The basic geometrical figure is the fifth of the five Platonic polyhedron the so called Icosahedron - with its 20 similar triangles. The structural system is the most characteristic plane faced three dimensional solids in existence, and is the preferred figure in dome buildings. The cutting of the edges of the icosahedron transfers the figure into a hexagon for each three triangles, with result of a pentagon - where the cuts are made on the icosahedron.

The use of the cut icosahedron in a building project or on shelter purposes, makes the biggest space by use of 5/8 of the polyhedron with basement at the cut edges.

The figure becomes by the plane plywood structure stable and does not need the often used struts triangling  the pentagons and hexagons.

We use the plate-structure as basic load principle giving the benefits of prefabricated building sections - simplified, erectable without a crane, easy to mount and with a lot of interior possibilities.

Our houses are designed and calculated by engineers and architects with great experience in geodesic constructions. Each product is designed and offered to individual wishes with the standard building kit and choose of a wide range of materials, colors and technical installations.
