2. Packaging:
Label / packing texts are in English, and/or French and Portuguese.

3. Ingredients/legal requirements:
Buyer will check legality of ingredients used on these products and other
governmental requirements to make importation of these products to your
market legal.
4. Terms of Payment:
By telegraphic transfer or alternatively by confirmed, irrevocable sight
L/C, issued by an international reputable bank, in our favor through our
advising bank mentioned below.
Terms and conditions for L/C application and establishment is attached
with this.
5. Production delivery:
Maximum 30 (thirty) days after receipt of copy of L/C or t/t payment in
full amount. Delivery is subject to availability of packaging materials
and schedule of shipping line. LCL trial order is also acceptable
provided they are as per standard packaging and stock availability.
Deliveries to any countries except Mauritius, Madagascar, Comoros, Reunion
(Consult us for these countries)
6. Minimum delivery
Minimum quantity per order per category of product and per brand is 1,015
cartons or one FCL20. One carton is of 390 grams x 48 tins.
