Wrapping films, tools
and machines for export from Belgium
Wrapping
Wrapping is a technique consisting of
covering a palletized load with a film which is then pulled taut so as
to protect the load against water, dust, and hold it in place during
transportation.
Films
There are three categories of stretchable
film: cast, puffed and opaque.
 |
The cast film has better stretching
qualities, an elastic memory and excellent tractional force.
Transparent, it in no way alters the appearance of your packages
and your pallets. Its inner surface, "sticky", adheres to the load
so that it remains stable throughout transportation. Its outer
surface, slippery, keeps the pallets from sticking to each other. |
The "puffed" film has very good
resistance to perforation and tearing (extension of the
perforation).
It is recommended for pallets with protruding corners. |
| Opaque film is recommended for the
transportation of valuable objects or objects that are sensitive to
UV rays. Some films are also specially designed to be used with
pre-stretch films. |
The weight and length of our reels are
guaranteed. The quality of the films in our line is controlled
throughout their manufacture. In addition, they are 100% recyclable.
Our Tools and Equipment
Depending on the operating rates and
the number of packages, the stretchable film is applied either
