The solar cell
has a SIN surface anti-reflective coating, which provides a uniform blue
color and helps to absorb more light in all weather condition. Together
with BSF (Black Surface Field) structure, the solar cell shows
satisfactory conversion efficiency.
Description
Mono &
poly-crystalline silicon solar cell demonstrates higher photovoltaic
conversion efficiencies, no performance degradation and appearance
deterioration occur.
SIN as anti-reflection coating, shows extremely uniform dark blue color.
The color may change subject to customer's specifications
Advanced gettering and passivation, as well as aluminium BSF ensures high
performance for solar cells.
High purity metal pastes result in cell contracts of low series resistance
and low degradation.
The bus-bars of the cell (Ag and Ag/A1 pastes) are easy to solder. The
grid pattern is easy to align for automatic soldering. The cell remains
good flatness and thus is easy to cut. The internal stress in the cells is
small and thus cell breakage rate is extremely small.
Dual
junction thin film solar panel

Dual junction
structure is the second generation of thin film solar panel. It has less
power degradation which makes it better to be used on big power output
solar power station
